The AFL Dining Room, is an existing dining space in the AFL Members Reserve at the MCG, used for both sit down and bar functions. Tablefive were briefed to re-imagine the space to make it feel more like a Melbournian bar, the existing 2 bars had to remain but needed to be reworked to be more functional and operation during peak service times.

Tablefive built on a warm palette of dark indigo blue, with highlights of warm terracotta, mixed in with black timber panelling, Arabescato Vagli marble, light herrinhgbone flooring and a bespoke tartin carpet that marries all of these colours together. In addition new accent lighting was included to the bars and existing columns to create a warm and inviting environment for the members to enjoy.
