The layout was designed to offer two separate dining experiences: the right side is tailored around a sushi bar with the sushi on display in chilled units and low stool customer seating mixed with bar seating, while the left side is more focused on a sit-down hawker-style experience with views into the cookline. To strengthen the Asian fusion theme, it was important to provide these different options and ensure they seamlessly work together.
