T5 delivered the design for SLIMS at Sydney Airport’s Qantas Terminal 3 Domestic, translating Nik Rollison’s original concept into an airport-ready format. The tenancy recreates the brand’s 1950s diner energy while meeting complex kitchen requirements and maintaining a clear customer journey.

Nik Rollison’s original SLIMS concept was translated into a Sydney T3 tenancy, keeping the 1950s diner energy while resolving airport-specific kitchen and service requirements. The open kitchen remains the hero, framed by a glass-clad internal face that turns production into a clear viewing moment. Full-height graphics and a low perimeter wall with LED strip lighting extend the brand to the lease line and keep the space bright and legible.
